Saint Boniface MP Shelly Glover competes again in Dragon Boat Races for Breast Cancer
Winnipeg, Manitoba - MP Shelly Glover is once again competing in the Dragon Boat races for Breast Cancer – the first race will be at 9:00 a.m., Saturday, September 12, 2009 at the Forks with the Flying Dragons team.
Each year thousands of Canadians are touched by breast cancer. It not only impacts the individuals living with the disease, but their families, friends and loved ones as well.
MP Glover is determined to create a future without breast cancer and challenges all Manitobans who ever had a friend, family member or loved one affected by breast cancer to donate towards research and prevention.
She encourages everybody to come down to the Forks to donate and cheer on all participants to support a cause that connects us all.
